Lagos House Of Assembly Reinstates Obasa As Speaker

Agege 1 representative at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has been appointed again as the Speaker of the House after the former Deputy Speaker, Mojisola Meranda, resigned from the position.

Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa was renominated and elected at the plenary session of the Lagos State House of Assembly on Monday.

The return followed his impeachment from the position on the 13th of January this year after many allegations of fraud.
