Erling Haaland Signs Fresh 10-Years Deal With Manchester City


Norwegian forward Erling Haaland, who plays for Manchester City, has just signed a fresh 10-year contract to commit his future to City, which will make him stay at Etihad until 2034.
The 24-year-old star striker joined Manchester City in 2022 from Borussia Dortmund and has made a great contribution to the team since joining.
Haaland expressed his delight at the extension, thanking his teammates, manager Pep Guardiola, and the City staff for creating a special environment.
The Manchester City key player expressed his joy after the extension and appreciated his colleagues in the squad; he also thanked the team’s head coach, Pep Guardiola, and the City staff for making Etihad a home for him.
Haaland said, “They have made this such a special place to be, and now I am City no matter what.”.
Haaland made a significant contribution in his first season, 2022/23, at the club by netting a total of 52 goals, helping City to a record-breaking treble of the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League. He came into the 2023/24 season scoring 38 goals despite missing two months due to injury, including 27 in the local league, and clinching another Golden Boot.
