Dangote Refinery Reduces Petrol Price To ₦890 Per Litre

Dangote Petroleum Refinery, in a surprising twist, has reduced the ex-depot price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) to ₦890 per liter from ₦950, with the effective date commencing from February 1, 2025.

Anthony Chiejina, the Chief Branding and Communications Officer of the Refinery Group, revealed the recent adjustment where he mentioned a favorable global energy outlook as the cause and a reduction in prices of crude oil.

The company also included that the new reduction in price aligns with its commitment to fair pricing and market transparency.
